摘要
血栓类疾病已经成为威胁人类健康的头号杀手,纳豆芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis natto)产生的纳豆激酶是一种治疗和预防血栓病的中性丝氨酸蛋白酶。从纳豆中筛选到一株芽孢杆菌WZ036,通过生理生化分析及16s rRNA分析为枯草芽孢杆菌,并测定了其生长规律,通过测定该菌产纳豆激酶的能力,确定WZ036为一株纳豆芽孢杆菌。为下一步利用WZ036开发一系列的食品或者药品奠定了基础。
The cardiovascular disease has become a threat to human health, Nattokinase producted by Bacillus subtilis natto is a neutral serine proteases, which prevent cardiovascular disease. This paper isolated a Bacillus subtilis natto strain from natto. This paper reseached its colony morphology, the physiological and biochemical identification, sequencing the 16s RNA gene, the growth curve, and its capability of nattokinase enzyme activity, laying the foundation for the development of a functional food or thrombolytic drugs.
