摘要
当今不少企业面临着加速成长与素质全面提升双重考验,企业发展速度和规模也不相适应,这反映出其管理体制和公司机制的不成熟。如此背景下,重塑企业文化是突破考验的重要一步。因此,本文以企业文化主题定位为起点,以江苏吴中实业为蓝本,阐述并分析了企业文化主题定位模型在重塑企业文化中的构建与应用。试图解决企业文化主题定位"从何而来"、"如何来"、"如何落地"三大问题,最终避免文化定位的"文化浮、落地难"的弊病。
Many enterprises nowadays face to a double challenge, which one is accelerate growth and the other is improving the quality of enterprise. At the same time, its development speed and scale does not adapt, what reflects the company management system and mechanism is immature. Based on the premise and background, reshaping corporate culture has become an important step to transcend those challenges. Therefore, this paper takes enterprise culture theme positioning as a starting point, takes Jiangsu Wuzhong industrial blueprint, expounds and analyses the constractiun and the application ha reshaping corporate cultuTe corporate cuPmre theme positioning model. We try to solve the enterprise cultural theme "come from", "how to form", "how to carry out", for eventually avoiding the ills of cultural positioning, such as "culture floating, landing hard".
