摘要
对广西平果铝赤泥整体资源化利用进行扩大试验,采用"铁还原熔炼→熔炼炉渣酸解→浸出→沉铝→萃钪→反萃钪→钪提纯"工艺综合回收赤泥中的有价金属铁、铝、钛和钪,浸出渣作为工业石膏得到应用。整个流程废水零排放。经济效益和社会效益显著。
Pilot-plant test on resource utilization of red mud in Guangxi Pingguo Aluminum was conducted.Valuable metals,such as iron,aluminum,titanium and scandium,were recovered by process of "iron reduction smelting,smelting slag acidolysis,leaching,aluminum precipitation,scandium extraction,scandium stripping,scandium purification".The leaching residue was applied as industrial gypsum.Zero discharge of wastewater in whole process was realized with significant economic and social benefits.
