摘要
目的:研究异绿原酸A在大鼠肠道吸收特性.方法:以酚红为标示物,采用大鼠在体单向肠灌流模型研究异绿原酸A3个质量浓度组(18,58,100 mg· L-1)在大鼠的十二指肠、空肠、回肠及结肠的吸收情况.结果:异绿原酸A在低、中、高3个浓度下,在十二指肠段、空肠、回肠与结肠段的有效渗透系数(Peff)在(0.69 ~ 6.64)×10-5cm·s-1内,且随浓度增加,有上升趋势,具有显著性差异(P<0.05),在回肠的Peff显著大于其他肠段,由此可推断回肠段是异绿原酸A的最佳吸收部位.结论:异绿原酸A在考察浓度范围内,吸收无自身浓度抑制作用,以被动扩散方式吸收,有特殊的吸收窗.
Objective:To study the absorption of isochlorogenic acid A in rat intestine.Method:The absorptions of three concentrations (18,58,100 mg ·L-1) of isochlorogenic acid A in different intestinal segments were studied with phenol red as the marker by in situ rats single pass perfusion model.Result:Effective permeability (Peff) of duodenum,jejunum,ileum and colon in different concentration of isochlorogenic acid A was in (0.69-6.64) × 10-5cm ·s-1,and there was upgrade tendency between the Peff of duodenum,jejunum,ileum and colon in different concentration of isochlorogenic acid A,and it has obvious difference among each concentration.The Peff in the ileum obviously higher than that in the duodenum,jejunum and colon,namely the ileum was the best absorption section.Conclusion:The absorption of isochlorogenic acid A was not saturated in high concentration,indicating that the transport mechanisms of isochlorogenic acid A was passive diffusion,and had a special absorption window.
