摘要 目的采用响应面分析法对白术多糖的提取工艺进行优化。方法以白术多糖得率为评价指标,以湖南龙山白术为原料,探讨白术颗粒度、提取温度、料液比和提取时间对白术多糖超声提取得率的影响。结果白术多糖超声提取的最佳工艺为,以水为提取溶剂,白术颗粒的粒度为20目,料液比为1∶15,提取温度为80℃,提取时间为70 min。在此条件下,白术多糖提取得率达12.44%。结论该研究为武陵山区开发利用白术多糖资源及工业化生产提供了理论依据。 Objective To adopt the response surface analysis method to optimize the atractylodes polysaccharide extract process. Methods The influences of atractylodes granularity, extraction temperature, sohd- liquid ratio and extraction time on the polysaccharide ultrasonic extraction yield were investigated with the polysaccharide extraction yield as the evaluation index. Results The best technology of polysaccharide ultrasonic extraction was taking water as the extraction solvent, the atractylodes granularity of 20 mesh, the solid- liquid ratio of 1 : 15,the extraction temperature at 80 ℃ and the extraction time of 70 min. Under this condition,the extraction yield of atractylodes polysaccharide reached 12.44%. Conclusion This research provides the theoretic basis for the resources development, uti- lization and industrial production of atractylodes polysaccharides in the Wuling mountain areas.
