摘要
以李娜为例,对"举国体制"与职业化的冲突、网球人口与后备人才的薄弱、赛练单一与经济运作的限制、职业团队与公关培训等影响中国网球运动员职业化素质发展的外部因素进行了考察,对职业态度、职业技能、职业形象等影响职业化素质发展的内在因素进行了探讨。为推动我国网球职业化改革和发展,提出营造网球职业化发展的良好文化氛围、提升职业网球运动员的体育文化素养、加强对职业化素质发展的研究与培训,促进我国网球运动员职业发展的策略。
By taking LI Na for example, the authors examined external factors that affected the professionalized quality of Chinese tennis players, such as the conflict between “the nationwide system” and professionalization, the smallness of tennis population and talent reserve, the limitation of undiversified competition and training as well as economic operation, professional team and public relationship training etc, probed into internal factors that affected the development of professionalized quality, such as professional attitude, professional skill, profession image etc. In order to boost tennis professionalization reform and development in China, the authors put forward the following strategies： build a nice cultural atmosphere for tennis professionalization development; enhance the sports cultural quality of professional tennis players; strengthen professionalized quality development research and training, etc.
