摘要
当非手术的根管治疗不能治愈牙髓来源的根尖周炎时,就要施行根尖外科手术来保存患牙。根管倒充填材料是用于根尖手术后根管末端的封闭材料,其性能越来越受学者们的重视。本文就近年来对新型根管倒充填材料的研究进展作一综述。
Surgical endodontic therapy is often indicated to save teeth when nonsurgical treatment is unsuccessful to cure periapical periodontitis induced by the infected pulp. Root-end filling material is used to seal the cavity in the end of the root canal prepared during the surgery. Scientists pay more and more attention to the nature of this kind of materials. This article reviews the studies of new kind of root-end filling materials in recent years.
