妇科恶性肿瘤脑转移的诊治进展

摘要 妇科恶性肿瘤发生脑转移者少见,多见于晚期患者,预后不佳。当患者出现无法解释的神经系统症状时,应考虑发生中枢神经系统转移的可能,并进行相应的辅助检查以明确诊断。脑转移瘤的治疗目标是改善或稳定患者的神经系统病变,延长患者的生存期。治疗方法应根据患者的病情选择放疗、化疗和手术等综合性治疗,以延长患者的生存期。预后与Karnofsky评分、年龄、有无颅外病灶等有关。
