摘要
港珠澳大桥工程开创性地引入了环保顾问工作制度,环保顾问通过环境保护措施的制定及落实情况监督、环境保护审核、环境监测与评估、环境保护技术的开发及引进等,在工程海洋生态环境保护与污染物控制等方面进行了有益实践,并取得了较好的生态环境效果,为建设项目特别是海洋工程的环境管理提供借鉴。
Environmental Consult System（ECS） was established and applied before and during the construction of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,and this is the first case in marine engineering in China.This system try to protect the marine environment through setup and implementation of environmental management measures,environmental audits,environmental monitoring and assessment,development or introduction of environmental technologies and so on.Until now,the ECS is going on well,and a great deal of best practices has been formed,which will provide guidance for the environmental management and protection during the process of marine projects in the future.
