摘要
目的:探讨艾愈胶囊辅助化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效,并进行药物经济学分析。方法:选择我院2010年1月至2014年1月住院治疗、经病理学或细胞学检查证实的NSCLC患者152例,采用随机数字表分为观察组和对照组各76例。两组患者均为采用多西他赛联合顺铂(DP方案)治疗;观察组加用艾愈胶囊辅助治疗,每次3粒,每日3次,连用6周。比较两组疗效、毒副反应及成本-效果(C/E)比。结果:观察组患者有效率(50.0%)明显高于对照组(27.6%),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.723,P<0.05);观察组患者白细胞减少率、血小板降低率、恶心呕吐发生率(31.6%、13.2%、11.8%)明显低于对照组(47.4%、42.1%、36.8%),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.387、4.136、4.536,P<0.05);观察组的C/E(127.74)明显低于对照组(185.94),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾愈胶囊辅助化疗中西医结合治疗NSCLC符合药物经济学原则,是一种经济、安全、有效的治疗方案,值得临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the efficacy of Aiyu capsules added to chemotherapy in treatment of non-small-cell lung cancer（NSCLC）and conduct pharmacoeconomic analysis. METHODS：152 patients confirmed as NSCLC by pathology or cytology and hospitalized in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2014 were randomized to either observation group or control group of 76 cases each. The two groups were treated with docetaxel plus cisplatin（DP scheme）;however,the observation group was treated with add-on adjuvant therapy Aiyu capsules（3 capsules/time,3 times a day）for six consecutive weeks. The efficacy,toxicity and cost-effectiveness（C/E）ratio were compared between the two groups. RESULTS：The response rate in the observation group（50.0%）was significantly higher than in the control group（27.6%）,and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=6.723,P0.05）;the reduction rate of leukocytes,the reduction rate of platelets and the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the observation group（31.6%,13.2%,11.8%）were significantly lower than in the control group（47.4%,42.1%,36.8%）,and the differences were statistically significant（χ2=4.387,4.136,4.536,P0.05）;the C/E in the observation group（127.74）was significantly lower than in the control group（185.94）,and the differences was statistically significant（P0.05）. CONCLUSIONS：The combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine using Aiyu capsules plus chemotherapy is in line with the principle of pharmacoeconomics,and it is an economical,safe and effective treatment protocol,which is thus worthy of clinical application.
