摘要
商务活动的核心能力是跨文化商务交际能力。影响有效交际的变量非常复杂,包括交际者的语言差异、文化差异、意识形态差异等,这些差异会成为商务交际中的障碍,直接造成经济损失。以跨文化交际理论为基础,从情感、认知、行为三个层面构建跨文化商务交际能力培养模式,提出商务英语教学应该实行语言知识传授和人文综合素质培养并举的原则,将跨文化能力与人的素质培养这一整体教育目标有机地结合起来,使知识的掌握更具有实用性和交际性。
The main competence of business activities is the intercultural business communication. The factors affecting effective communication are very complex,including language differences,cultural differences and ideological differ-ences. These differences will hinder business communication and cause economic losses. Based on the related intercul-tural communication theories,the paper constructs an intercultural business communication training mode from emotion-al,cognitive and behavioral perspective,proposes that business English teaching should combine language teaching with overall quality training,making knowledge acquisition become more effective.
