摘要
当前职业教育教师师德考评机制存在若干不足之处,表现为考评手段的可操作性较差,考评结论难以转化为教师提升师德的动力,重视"他评"、忽视"自评"等。这些不足之处有其一定的诱因。针对各种不足之处,可以制定相应的对策,如建构动态性师德考评体系,将师德考评同师德提升紧密结合,"他评"与"自评"有机统一等,解决这些不足之处。
The current vocational education teacher ethics evaluation mechanism has some problems, which embody that the operability of the evaluation tool is poor; the evaluation conclusion is difficult for teachers to improve morality power, emphasizing "peer assessment" and ignoring "self-assessment" etc. These problems have certain incentives. It puts forward that the corresponding countermeasures can be made according to various shortcomings, such as constructing dynamic ethics evaluation system, closely connecting ethics evaluation and ethics promotion, organically uniting "peer assessment" and"self-assessment" and so on.
