Model and Algorithm in Optimization of Closed-loop Supply Chain Logistics Networks in E-commerce Environment

摘要 针对电子商务环境下部分退货经简单处理可直接进入正向销售渠道的特点,研究了整合正向物流与逆向物流的反应型闭环供应链物流网络的优化问题。为了填补关于考虑工厂到顾客间直接配送的反应型闭环供应链物流网络设计问题的研究空白,在考虑网购商品退货特点及初始退货收集点退货收集规模经济性的基础上,建立了确定混合中心与初始退货收集点位置与数量的闭环供应链物流网络优化模型,并设计了混合遗传算法对其进行求解。通过算例验证了模型与算法的有效性,敏感度分析计算结果表明初始退货收集点库存持有周期为3天时可产生较大成本节约。 In this paper, we studied the optimization problem of the responsive closed-loop supply chain logistics network that integrated forward and reverse logistics processes, established the closed-loop supply chain logistics network optimization model that determined the location and quantity of the mixing centers and initial returns collection stations, designed a hybrid genetic algorithm for its solution, and at the end, through a numerical example, proved the validity of the model and algorithm.
