微导管成袢技术在颅内血管病变中的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨微导管成袢技术超选颅内锐角血管或动脉瘤的安全有效性。方法回顾性分析21例使用微导管成袢技术超选颅内锐角血管或动脉瘤病例临床资料。颅内动脉瘤19例(大脑中动脉瘤4例,后交通动脉瘤10例,小脑后下动脉瘤3例,眼动脉瘤2例),动静脉畸形1例,动静脉瘘1例。均采用微导管"α"型成袢超选责任血管或动脉瘤。结果 21例病人采用成袢技术均超选成功,除1例病人出现轻度血管痉挛外,无其他并发症。结论采用微导管成袢技术可提高超选锐角血管或动脉瘤的成功率,且安全有效。 Objective To discuss the safety and effectiveness of microcatheter looping technique for super-selective catheterization into acute angle parent vessel or aneurysm. Methods The clinical data of 21 patients using microcatheter looping technique for acute angle parent vessel were analyzed retrospectively. This technique was used in 19 patients with aneurysm, including 4 at M1 segment of middle cerebral artery(MCA), 10 at the posterior communicating artery, 3 at the posterior inferior cerebellar artery(PICA) and 2 at the optical artery segment of the internal carotid artery(ICA), and in the other two patients, one had arteriovenous malformation(AVM) and one had arteriovenous fistula(AVF). Microcatheter α loop was used to super-select the parent vessel. Results The microcatheter looping technique was successfully used in 21 patients while only 1 patient developed mild vasospasm. Conclusion Microcatheter looping technique is more safe and effective for super-selecting acute angle branch.
