未破裂颅内动脉瘤的破裂风险评估与治疗决策 被引量：8

摘要 对未破裂颅内动脉瘤(UIA)的破裂风险评估和处理决策仍存广泛争议。本文从病人因素、动脉瘤因素、治疗风险因素等方面综述目前关于UIA破裂风险和治疗决策评估的研究进展,详细评价相关风险因素的预测价值,进一步强调需行个体化多因素评估,在破裂概率和治疗风险之间综合权衡以做出适宜的决策和选择。
