原发性高血压颈动脉硬化与基质金属蛋白酶-3基因型的相关性分析 被引量:1

Relationship between Hypertensive Carotid Atherosclerosis and Matrix Metalloproteinase-3 Genotype

摘要 目的分析高血压病颈动脉硬化与基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)基因型的相关性。方法将本院2010年5月—2013年5月收治的原发性高血压病人108例作为观察组,将102例健康体检者作为对照组,MMP-3基因启动子在-1171位点存在三类基因型:分别为:6A/6A、5A/6A及5A/5A,对比三类基因型在两组中的分布情况;观察组高血压者69例与对照组体检者31例采取颈动脉超声检查,对比分析两组的内-中膜厚度(IMT)。结果观察组6A/6A基因型(65.7%)与6A等位基因频率(82.4%)高于对照组基因型(53.8%)与等位基因频率(75.9%),但分布差异相比不具有统计学意义(基因型P=0.092,等位基因P=0.118);观察组6A/6A基因型病人在起始部位、膨大前以及膨大部位的IMT均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论原发性高血压病人的颈动脉内-中膜厚度受多种危险因素影响,高血压病的6A/6A基因型病人其颈动脉内-中膜厚度增加。 Objective To analyze and evaluate the correlation of hypertension carotid atherosclerosis and matrix metalloproteinase 3 (MMP 3)genotype.Methods The MMP 3 gene promoter had three kinds of genotypes in the 1171 locus:6A/6A,5A/6A and 5A/5A.The distribution of three kinds of genotypes were studied in 108 hypertension patients (observation group),and 102 healthy controls (control group).The carotid ultrasonography were examined in 6 9 cases in observation group and 3 1 cases in control group and intima media thickness (IMT)were compared.Results In the observation group,genotype 6A/6A (65.7%)and the frequency of 6A allele (82.4%)was higher than that (53.8%)genotype and allele frequency (75.9%)in the control group,but the distribution difference was not statistically significant(compared with genotype P=0.092,allele P=0.118).The observation group patients with the 6A/6A genotype in the starting position,and expanded rapidly before parts of IMT were significantly higher than those in the con-trol group (P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with hypertension carotid intima media thickness was affected by many risk factors. Iintima media thickness was increased in hypertensive patients with 6A/6A genotype.
