摘要
以漳州碧湖棚户区改造项目为例,从总体规划、形象塑造、平面设计和成本控制四个方面介绍了项目的规划设计思路和特色,希望传承漳州历史文脉、尊重民生民意、改造安置环境和居住品质的做法能得到推广,期望碧湖棚户区改造项目能成为漳州乃至闽南地区安置房项目的典范。
This paper takes the planning and design of rebuilding Bihug shanty areas in Zhangzhou city for example,from the aspects of the master - planning,image -building, plane -design and cost -control. It introduces the ideas and feature of this projectg planning and design, with the wish that the practice willbe spread by inheriting Zhangzhoug History and culture , respecting the peopleg livelihood and public opinion, creating the placement environment and thequality of living. I hope that this project becomes the model of Placement of the housing project in Zhangzhou city and even the south area of Fujian province.
