摘要
颏部是下颌骨的重要组成部分,是面型下1/3的重要结构。小颏畸形是最常见的颏部畸形,颏成形术是最早开展的面部轮廓整形手术之一,最基本的是假体植入隆颏术、自体骨移植隆颏术和颏部水平截骨颏成形术。该文对假体植入隆颏术(即隆颏术)的临床应用,包括适应证、植入材料(包括医用固体硅橡胶、聚乙烯、聚四氟乙烯)、手术切口进行综述。
Chin,as a critical part of the mandible, is the important structure of the lower 1/3 part of face. Microgenia is the most common chin deformity. Genioplasty is an old and useful technique of contouring surgery,including chin augmentation with prosthesis, autogenous bone graft and mentum horizontal osteotomy genioplasty. Here is to make a review of the applications of chin augmentation with prosthesis, including indi- cations, materials （ including silicone, porous high-density polyethylene and expanded polytetrafluoroethylene） and surgical incision.
