摘要
目的:探求一种更简便、可靠的隆颏手术新方法。方法:对86例求术者行套塞法侧方单一纵切口隆颏术。在前庭沟唇侧设计一纵切口,横向定位于假体中外1/3位置,骨膜下剥离,假体套塞于骨膜下,粘膜肌层一次缝合。结果:2例于术后出现假体切口端上移,再次手术矫正后满意。随访68例均效果良好,切口Ⅰ期愈合。结论:该术式保持了颏部肌肉的完整性,操作简单,假体稳定性好,创伤小,恢复快。
Objective To seek a new simpler method for chin augmentation. Methods Operations on 86 cases with invaginate method, longitudinal incision chin augmentation . Design a vertical margin in the vestibule of ditch lip side, crosswisly locate in the middle and lateral of 1/3 position, do subperiosteal dissection, pack prostheses under the periosteum, mucosal muscular is sutured once. Results In the two cases, prosthesis the incision is upward and the result is satisfying after another operation. 68 cases are followed up to check the results, which are good. And the cut was recovered in the first period. Conclusion The operation can keep the integrity of muscles in chin. And the operation is easy,with steady prosthesis, little trauma and the rapid recovery.
