摘要
以回归生活为核心理念的道德教育改革赋予教师以新的角色内涵,即成为具有独立判断能力和批判反思意识的转化型知识分子。现存学科体制与社会期待使得教师面临着专业性与道德性分离的角色困境。走出角色困境的可能路径在于教师对于日常教育教学生活的自觉改造与不断变革。
Moral education reform,the core idea of which is to return to life,gives teachers a new role with brand new connotation,namely growing up to be transformative intellectual teachers with independent judgment and critical and reflective thinking But social expectation and the discipline system make the teachers of moral education,the reform subject,faced with the dilemma of the role of professional and moral separation.The main realization path to get out of the dilemma lies in the continuous conscientious reform of education in daily life.
