摘要
目的:探讨耳穴贴压对甲状腺手术患者焦虑及血压、心率有无影响。方法:选取甲状腺手术患者50例,随机分为观察组与对照组各25例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予耳穴贴压,比较两组患者术晨血压、心率变化及术后焦虑水平有无差异。结果:观察组患者焦虑水平低于对照组,血压、心率变化幅度小,差异均具有统计学意义。结论:耳穴贴压可降低患者焦虑水平,减少血压、心率的变化,利于甲状腺手术的顺利进行,值得在临床推广。
Objective： To study the effect of auricular pressure on the patients anxiety, blood pressure, heart rate who undergoing thyroid operation. Methods： Select 50 cases of patients with thyroid operation, randomly divided into observation group and control group with 25 cases in each group, the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group given auricular pressure on the basis of conventional care. Results： the observation group blood pressure, heart rate and anxiety is lower, P〈0.05. Conclusion：Auricular can decrease anxiety level of patients, reduce blood pressure, and change of heart rate, which is good for thyroid operation and worth the clinical promotion.
