摘要
本文报道了加味玉屏风散水煎液对手术应激小鼠胸腺组织的影响，实验结果显示背部手术应激可导致小鼠胸腺重量指数明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），光镜和电镜观察提示胸腺组织发生急性病理性萎缩。应激前用加味玉屏风散水煎液（浓度每ｍｌ约含２９生药）灌胃３ｄ后（每天灌胃１次，每次０．５ｍｌ），则可有效预防因手术应激介导的胸腺减重，且胸腺结构未见明显病理性改变。提示加味玉屏风散可用于防治因应激所介导的免疫功能抑制。
Effect of decocted modifled jade-screen powder on thymic ultramicroscopic structureof stressed mice induced by operation.The experiment results showed that opemtioh on the back ofmice could cause the thymic weight index decrease obviously(P < 0.0 1),meanwhile,the microscopicend electron microscopic observation indicated that there were acute pathological atrophy in thethymus of stressed mice. Another group,administmted the decocted modified jade-screen powder(2g herbal medicine/ml decoction)for 3 d(dose:0.5ml/d)before stress the thymus weight index hadnot changed much from the control group,and there were no obvious pathological changes inthymus of this group These results suggested that the modified jade-screen powder might be an ef-fective antagonist for immunosuppression indutal by stress.
