摘要
指挥信息体系是体系作战中获取作战优势的关键要素。以导弹作战运用为背景,提出了一种基于指挥信息体系的导弹作战效能评估方法。分析了导弹作战指挥信息体系的组成结构,对指挥信息体系的协同模式进行了分析,建立了基于指挥信息体系的导弹作战效能评估指标体系与评估模型,利用层次分析法确定了评估指标的权重,用一个算例进行比较分析,评估了基于指挥信息体系的导弹作战效能及优势,验证了评估指标与模型的合理性与有效性。
Command information system of systems （CISoS） is the key to acquire operational superiority under SoS operation. A method of effectiveness evaluation for missile combat was proposed based on CISoS. The structure of composing for missile combat oriented CISoS was analyzed, and the mode of collaboration for CISoS was analyzed, too. The effectiveness evaluation frame of missile combat with CISoS and evaluation models were built. The weight of each faetor was figured out by AHP. Using an analysis example, the effectiveness and superior- ity of missile combat with CISoS were expressed. The result shows the rationality and effectiveness of the evaluation frame and modeling.
