摘要
针对机动岸导突击群作战效能量化评估较为困难的问题,运用系统学的观点阐释了机动岸导突击群作战效能涌现性的概念,给出了其涌现性的判定准则。在分析机动岸导火力单元作战效能指标基础上,充分考虑机动岸导突击群作战体系的涌现行为,设计了突击群作战效能涌现性指标体系,提供了各项评价指标的数学模型,从而为机动岸导突击群作战效能的定量评价提供一种思路。
In view of the difficulty in quantifying the effectiveness evaluation of mobile coast-ship missile assault group,the concept of emergence on the mobile coast-ship missile assault group is explained from the viewpoint of system science,and the criteria for judging its emergence are given.Based on the analysis of combat capability index of mobile coast-ship missile firepower unit,the emergence behavior of mobile coast-ship missile assault group combat system is fully considered,and the index is pointed out.The mathematical models of each emergent evaluation index are given respectively,which provides a way for quantitative evaluation of the combat capability of mobile coast-ship missile assault group.
