摘要
勃起功能障碍(ED)是临床常见的疾病。ED分为心理性、器质性和混合性;其中器质性ED中以血管性最为常见。多普勒超声技术作为血流动力学评价的无创技术已成为诊断血管性ED的首选方法,多普勒超声联合口服Ⅴ型磷酸二酯酶抑制剂(PDE5)是诊断血管性ED的一种新技术。本文旨在对口服PDE5联合彩色多普勒评价ED的技术和临床价值进行综述。
Erectile dysfunction（ED）is a common disease in clinical,which is usually divided into psychological,physical and mixed type.And vasogenic ED is the most common in physical types.Doppler ultrasound technique as the preferred method of hemodynamic check has become the first choice for the diagnosis of vasogenic ED,and Doppler ultrasonography combined with oral type 5phosphodiesterase inhibitor（PDE5）is a new technique in the diagnosis of vasogenic ED.This paper aimed to analysis the current situation of evaluation of ED with Doppler ultrasonography combined with oral PDE5.
