摘要 介绍一个研究型综合实验——微波法合成单分散纳米钛酸钡晶体及其表征。采用廉价易得的原料,以微波水热合成法在短时间内(2 h)制备出粒径10~20 nm、单分散、长方体块形纳米钛酸钡晶体。利用X射线粉末衍射、红外光谱、激光拉曼光谱、接触角仪、热重分析和透射电子显微镜对产物的晶相结构、表面性质、形貌等进行表征。该实验既迎合现代科研的热点,又满足教学要求,同时,其很强的拓展性非常适用于培养学生的科研创新能力。 A comprehensive experiment, microwave hydrothermal synthesis and characteriza- tion of monodispersed barium titanate nanocrystals, is reported. The monodispersed cubic-like barium titanate nanocrystals (10~20 nm) were prepared using inexpensive reagents by micro- wave hydrothermal method. X-ray powder diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectrosco- py, contact angle measurement, thermogravimetric analysis and transmission electron microscope were used to investigate the crystal structure, surface property and morphology of the barium ti- tante nanocrystals. This comprehensive experiment is not only a hot topic in the field of nano scale material preparation, but also meets the experiment-teaching requirement. Furthermore, its excellent expansibility is beneficial for cultivating studentsr innovative ability.
