摘要 特高压输电技术是我国自主研发的国际领先技术,是我国未来电网技术发展的重要方向,推进特高压输电线路的智能化巡检设备的研究与工程应用,对国家未来电网建设和智能电网的战略具有重要的意义。针对特高压输电线路的状态检修,设计了以 ARM Cortex -M4处理器为核心的特高压交流瓷质绝缘子智能检测仪。检测仪主要由微控制器、绝缘子电阻测量模块、绝缘子视频检测模块、人机接口、存储系统及 PMS 系统接口组成,主要完成瓷质绝缘子的低值与零值检测。检测仪参照特高压电力线路杆塔现场工作人员的具体操作要求而研制,根据绝缘子的阻抗进行低零值绝缘子的判断。该检测仪可以满足特高压输电线路绝缘子低零值的测量需要,且测量误差<3%,优于现有超高压绝缘子测量仪5%~10%的测量精度。 Ultra High Voltage(UHV)transmission technology , which is an international leading technology independ -ently developed in China, is an important part of the future power grid construction .It plays an important role in the country's future power grid construction and smart grid strategy to promote the research on the intelligent UHV trans -mission line inspection equipment and its engineering applications .The intelligent detector for the UHV alternating porcelain insulator with the ARM Cortex -M4 processor as the core was designed to examine and repair the UHV transmission lines.The detector, whose main function was to detect the low value and zero value of the porcelain insu -lator, consisted of micro -controller, insulator resistance measuring module , insulator video detecting module, man -machine interface , storage system and PMS system interface.The detector was designed based on the concrete operat -ing requirements of the UHV power line tower site staff.The judgment of the low zero value was made according to the impedance of the insulator.The detector could meet the need of the UHV transmission lines for the insulator ’s low ze-ro value measurement, and the measurement error was less than 3%, which was better than the measurement accuracy of 5% ~10% of the existing UHV insulator detectors.
