摘要
目的:探讨中药稳心颗粒对P波离散度大于40ms房颤发生的影响。方法:选取P波离散度大于40ms的高血压患者83例,随机分为稳心颗粒组和对照组,治疗9个月,记录房颤发生的情况。结果:稳心颗粒组4例发生房颤(9.5%),对照组18例发生房颤(43.9%),两组房颤的发生率比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:稳心颗粒能减少P波离散度大于40ms高血压房颤的发生。
To investigate effects of Wenxin granule on hypertension atrial fibrillation with P wave greater than 40ms. Methods：83 patients were randomly divided into Wenxin granule group and control group. Results：4 （9.5%） cases with atrial fibrillation in Wenxin granule group, 18 cases （43.9%） with atrial fibrillation in the control, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Wenxin granule can reduce the occurrence of atrial fibrillation.
