氯沙坦对P波离散度大于40ms的高血压患者心房颤动发生的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨氯沙坦对P波离散度大于40ms的高血压患者心房颤动(简称房颤)发生的影响。方法选取P波离散度大于40ms的患者42例,随机分为氯沙坦组(21例)及非氯沙坦组(21例),药物治疗1年后,观察房颤发生情况。结果氯沙坦组2例(9.5%)患者发生房颤,非氯沙坦组9例(42.9%)患者发生房颤,两组房颤发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论氯沙坦可减少P波离散度大于40ms的高血压患者房颤的发生,可作为这类患者的基础用药。
