摘要
在追求专业发展过程中,高等艺术院校大学英语教师面临诸多主观和客观的问题和挑战。在专业发展道路上,高等艺术院校大学英语教师应该具备完善的知识结构和创新的教学理念。只有建立合理科学的终身学习体系,不断完善复合型的知识结构,通过开展科学研究,教学反思和继续教育,高等艺术院校大学英语教师才能在学习上更加卓越,专业上找到归属,身份上获得认同,在个人发展上争取更大的成长空间。
In the pursuit of professional development, college English teachers of higher art universities face many problems and chal-lenges. In practice, college English teachers of higher art universities should have perfect knowledge structure and innovative teaching ideas. Only by establishing a rational and scientific lifelong learning system, constantly improving knowledge structure, and through scientific research, teaching reflection and continuing education, can college English teachers of higher art universities become more excellent in their study, get a sense of belonging and identity in their profession and strive for greater room for growth and development.
