摘要
随着食品工业的快速发展,对食品科学的重视度日益提高,国际交流愈发频繁,食品专业英语发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文结合自身教学经历及体会,提出了食品专业英语教学内容体系的构建、教学模式与方法的初步改革途径。
With the rapid development of the food industry, the importance of food science is increasing, and the international communication is becoming frequent than ever before. The objective of this paper was analyzing the present situation and existing problems of professional English course of food science. In addition, the content system of professional English teaching and reform ways of teaching modes and methods were putting forward based on the experience of their own.
