摘要
针对重力流输水工程管线高程起伏和管道水锤造成的内水压力变化问题,结合多支线输水系统的相继开阀、同时关阀和爆管等复杂运行工况,对多种水锤防护措施的设置位置和原则进行了分析。分析表明:可以在管线上游的高点设置双向调压塔来控制管道的负压和缓解过高正压,在中下游的支线分水口或者局部高点设置单向塔来隔断支线爆管引起的瞬时压降和消减断流弥合水锤,在靠近管线末端的较高点设置空气阀来防止负压,在数值仿真计算得到的内水压力过高处设置超压泄压阀来防止超过管道承压标准的正压。
In the paper,in order to solve the problem of pipeline water pressure caused by pipeline elevation difference and water hammer in long distance water gravitational transportation project,combined with the complex operating conditions of multiple branch system,setting positions and principles of several water hammer protection measures were analyzed. The paper concludes that surge tank can be arranged on the upstream high point so as to control negative pressure and high pressure,one-way surge tank can be arranged on the cross point in midstream and downstream so as to cut off instantaneous pressure drop wave caused by pipeline branch explosion,air valve can be arranged on the pipeline ends high point to prevent negative pressure,over-pressure relief valve can be arranged on the point of the highest pressure obtained by calculation to prevent over-standard high pressure.
