摘要
进行水锤特性分析和采取合理的水锤防护措施 ,对于保证输水工程的安全可靠性和降低管路工程造价具有重要意义。结合工程实例阐述了长距离重力输水工程管路中关阀水锤特征 ,探讨了多功能井和手动泄压阀的功能原理及有关参数确定方法 ,建立了多功能井和泄压阀的边界条件数学模型 ,并对各种工况下的关开阀程序进行了优化计算。通过大量计算分析 ,结果表明多功能井和泄压阀可以有效地控制管路水锤。
It is very important to analyze hammer characteristics and take necessary prevention measures in order to ensure the safety and reliability of water transportation project and reduce pipeline cost. By integrating with actual cases, the valve-closing hammer characteristics of long distance water gravitational transportation pipeline are expatiated, and the functional principles and parameter decision methods of multi-functional well and hand-operation relief valve are discussed. The boundary condition mathematical models of multi-functional well and relief valve are established, and optimization calculations of valve closing and opening program are conducted under different working conditions. Through large quantities of calculations and analyses, it is proved that the multi-functional well and relief valve can effectively control pipeline water hammer.
