ICP-MS法直接测定色拉油中的重金属元素

Direct determination of heavy metal elements in salad oil by inductively coupled plasma spectrometry

摘要 建立煤油稀释-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定色拉油中As、Cd、Hg、Pb等4种重金属元素的分析方法。采用等离子体加氧方式消除使有机样品中的高浓度碳完全燃烧从而消除积碳现象,通过优化等离子体功率、载气流速以和样品提升量等质谱工作参数维持了等离子体工作的稳定性,加入内标元素Rh消除了基体效应。结果表明,4种重金属元素的检出限在0.8~3.7 ng/L之间,RSD为1.6%~3.1%,加标回收率在92.0%~106.0%之间。方法简便、准确,可用于色拉油的质量控制和安全评价。 A methods was proposed in this paper for the determination of As, Cd, Hg and Pb in salad oil by inductively coupled plasma spectrometry(ICP-MS). The samples were diluted by kerosene then the above 4 heavy metal elements in the solution were analyzed directly by ICP-MS. The condensation and deposition of high concentrations of carbon can be avoided effectively by introducing O2 to plasma, and the effects arising from flow rate of carrier gas, radio frequency power, samples uptake rate on plasma stability with the existence of oxygen were investigated in detail. Rh as the internal standard element was used to corrected matrix effect. The results of shows that the detection limits for the investigated elements are in the range of 0.8~3.7 ng/L, the relative standard deviation of each element within 1.6%~3.1%, and the recovery of each element at 92.0%~106.0%. The technique was applied for the quality control and safety evaluation of salad oil.
