摘要
建立了微波消解-高分辨电感耦合等离子体质谱法(HR-ICP-MS)同时测定食用植物油中Mg、Al、P、Ca、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Pb等14种微量元素的方法。样品用HNO3+H2O2经微波消解并进一步用高纯水稀释后,直接用HR-ICP-MS同时测定上述微量元素。详细地研究了样品消解液所产生的基体效应,以Sc、In、Re为内标元素校正基体效应,在高分辨质谱测量模式下避免了大量的质谱干扰,确定了实验的最佳测定条件。结果表明,各元素的检出限在0.004~17.29μg/L之间,加标回收率在90.00%~110.00%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于3.55%。方法与其他分析方法对照结果一致。
An analytical method for simultaneous determination of 14 trace elements in edible vegetable oils including Mg,Al,P,Ca,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Cd and Pb by high resolution inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(HR-ICP-MS) with microwave digestion has been established.Sample preparation consisted of microwave digestion with HNO 3 +H 2 O 2 followed by dilution with ultrapure water then the above 14 elements in the solution was analyzed directly by HR-ICP-MS.The matrix effects caused by the sample digesting solution was studied carefully and corrected by Sc,In and Re as the internal standard elements.Accuracy of the data for elements suffering from spectral interferences was improved by measuring in the high resolution mode.The optimum conditions for the determination was tested and discussed.The method was shown to be very sensitive with limits of quantification in the range of 0.004~17.92 μg/L for all investigated elements,the recovery of the samples was in the range of 90.00%,110.00% and the relative standard deviation(RSD) less than 3.55%.The determination results of actual samples are in good agreement with those obtained by other methods.
