共振光散射法测定克拉霉素

摘要 一种以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)探针用RRS技术,灵敏、简便、快捷测定克拉霉素的新方法已经建立.在弱酸性介质中,克拉霉素开环后带负电荷,与带正电荷的CTMAB反应形成络合产物,此时不仅引起吸收光谱的变化,而且导致共振瑞利散射的显著增强,其最大RRS波长位于420 nm处.克拉霉素浓度在17~75μg/L范围内与散射强度(△I)成正比.此方法对克拉霉素的检出限为5.4 μg/L. A sensitive, simple and fast method for the determination of Clarithromycin with CTMAB as a probe by RRS technique has been developed. In weak acid medium, bring negative charge after the open-loop clarithromycin. It can react further with CTMAB which bring positive charge to form binging products, resulting in the change of the absorption spectrum and great enhancement of RRS intensity. The maximum scattering wavelength is 420 nm. There was a linear relationship between the RRS intensity (△I) and the Clarithromycin concentration in the range of 17-75 μg/L. The detection limit for Clarithromycin was 5.4 μg/L.
