Simulation and experimental study on key parameters of pneumatic Stirling cryocooler

摘要 为了深入探索气动斯特林制冷机关键参数与制冷机性能的内在关联与规律,以振动力学为基础,通过数值模拟与实验研究得到了阻尼、刚度和制冷量、功耗、位移幅值与相位等参数的关系。研究结果表明,膨胀机阻尼降低了冷指的COP;弹簧刚度增大,导致位移相位增大,存在最优刚度使冷端的质量流滞后于压力波30°。 To reveal the relations and principles between the key parameters and the cooling performance in pneumatic Stirling cryocooler,the relations between damping,stiffness and cooling power,PV power,displacement amplitude,phase angle were obtained by simulation and experimental investigation based on classic dynamics. The simulation results show that the damping of expander makes its COP lower. As the spring stiffness of expander increasing,the phase angle of displacement increase. There is an optimum stiffness,which makes the mass flow at the cold end lag the pressure by 30 degrees.
