摘要
基于制冷机专业设计软件SAGE,给出了百赫兹气动斯特林制冷机冷指的设计,讨论了各参数对制冷性能的影响;通过一台商用压缩机对该冷指进行了初步实验验证,当制冷机运行频率为105 Hz,充气压力为2.50 MPa时,可获得77.1 K的最低无负荷制冷温度,在90.0 K有0.28 W的制冷量。
Based on the software SAGE, a pneumatically driven Split-Stifling cryocooler operating at hundred hertz range was designed and the influence of some parameters on the cryocooler was discussed. The design was verified in some extent by using a commercial compressor to drive the cryocooler. The exper- imental results show that the cryocooler can reach a no-load temperature of 77.1 K and gain 0.28 W cooling power at 90.0 K, while running at 105 Hz and the charging pressure of 2.50 MPa.
