摘要 目的:探讨持续正压通气呼吸机在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征治疗中的临床疗效。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的90例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者,采取持续正压通气呼吸机治疗,比较治疗前后患者的相关参数。结果:治疗后患者的平均血氧饱和度、最低血氧饱和度、最长呼吸暂停时间、平均呼吸暂停时间、呼吸紊乱指数分别为(96.02±2.47)%、(93.41±5.89)%、(19.50±5.45)s、(6.27±2.96)s、5.34±1.69,与治疗前比较均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:持续正压通气呼吸机在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的治疗中疗效显著,能有效改善患者的平均血氧饱和度和最低血氧饱和度,缩短呼吸暂停时间,改善呼吸紊乱,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of continuous positive airway pressure breathing machine in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.Method: 90 cases of patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome were treated in author's hospital, and take continuous positive airway pressure ventilation treatment, related parameters before and after treatment in patients with.Result: Treatment in patients with mean oxygen saturation, the lowest oxygen saturation, the longest apnea time, average time of apnea, respiratory disturbance index were (96.02 ± 2.47)%, (93.41 ± 5.B9)%, (19.50 ± 5.45)s, (6.27 ±2.96)s, (5.34 ± 1.69), compared with those before treatment significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01).Conclusion: Continuous positive airway pressure ventilator apnea syndrome in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea is with sigrlificant effect, can effectively improve the average oxygen saturation and minimum oxygen saturation of patients, shorter duration of apnea, improve breathing disorders, is worthy of application.
