摘要
目的:观察正容汤加减治疗眼外肌麻痹的临床疗效。方法:将57例(57只眼)后天性眼外肌麻痹患者随机分为两组,治疗组29例(29只眼)和对照组28例(28只眼)。对照组28例(28只眼)采用复方障柳碱穴位封闭,口服维生素B1、甲钴胺、应用激素等。治疗组在对照组的基础上给予正容汤加减治疗,3个月内观察两组病例复视消失时间,眼球运动状况。结果:治疗组有效率97.0%,对照组有效率71.4%。(P<0.05)。结论:正容汤加减治疗眼外肌麻痹可明显提高治愈率。
Objective：To observe clinical effects of the Zhengrong decoction on paralytic strabismus. Methods：57 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control of 28 cases （28 eyes） was given compound Zhangliujian point closure and Vitamin B1, mecobalamin, hormone oral. The treatment was treated with the Zhengrong decoction more. Disappeared times of diplopia and eye movement condition in two groups were observed. Results：The total efficacy in the treatment was 97.0%, in another it was 71.4%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Zhengrong decoction can improve curative rate.
