摘要
利用高压毛细管流变仪,对三种不同BOPP专用树脂的流变性能进行测定,BOPP专用料均表现为剪切应力随剪切速率增加而增加,但增加速率明显减弱,表观粘度随剪切速率增加而减小的特点,具有明显的假塑性的流动行为。通过分析温度、剪切速度和分子量及其分布对树脂的表观粘度的影响,确定不同树脂改善熔体粘度最有效的方法。
Using high pressure capillary rheometer , the rheological properties of three kinds of special resin biaxial oriented polypropylene ( BOPP) were determined , the special material BOPP displayed for the shear stress increases with the shear rate increased , but the increasing rate decreased with shear rate , apparent viscosity increased , with obvious pseudoplastic flow behavior.Based on the analysis of influence of temperature , shear rate and the molecular weight and distribution of resin viscosity , the different resin melt viscosity was determine of the most effective methods to improve.
