医学院校应用心理学专业西医诊断学教学现状调查与分析

摘要 目的:调查了解医学院校应用心理学专业西医诊断学教学现状,针对存在的问题提出改进方案。方法:以网络问卷的形式开展课程教学情况调查,并对问卷进行统计分析。结果:有31.31%的学生觉得学习目的不明确、没有学习动力,有48.48%的学生觉得没有掌握好体格检查的基本方法,有42.42%的学生认为课时安排不太合理,有51.52%的学生认为教材选用不太合理。结论:教师必须强调学习西医诊断学的重要性、激发学生的学习兴趣,根据应用心理学专业的特点健全教学方式,修订教材、把医学知识和心理学知识有机结合起来,才能帮助应用心理学专业学生更好地学好西医诊断学。 Objective: To investigate the western diagnostics teaching situation of applied psychology in medical college and put forward improvement scheme.Method: The teaching situation was investigated through network questionnaires and the questionnaires were analyzed. Result: 31.31% of the students thought that learning objectives were not clear and they had no motivation, 48.48% of the students thought that they had not master the basic method of physical examination, 42.42% of the students thought that time arrangement was not reasonable and 51.52% of the students thought that the textbook selection was not reasonable. Conclusion: Teachers must emphasize the importance of learning western diagnostics and stimulate students' interest in learning, improve the teaching methods according to the characteristics of applied psychology, revise the textbooks and combine the medical knowledge and psychological knowledge together, so as to help the students majoring in applied psychology to learn western diagnostics better.
