高职教育课程设置与人才需求对接分析——以数控技术专业为例

摘要 依据课程设置与人才需求对接的理论,提出以就业为导向,按照"市场需求法"的原则,构建高职院校数控技术专业核心教学模块;以培养关键能力为目的,按照"做中学,学中做"的教学模式,实施活动课程;以培养综合能力为目标,按照社会改造论的课程原则,完善课程教学体系和内容,推进教育教学改革,提高教学质量。 Objectives in talent cultivation of higher vocational education is to train higher technology applied talents to adapt to the front line of production, construction, management, service.The purpose of this paper is to take the employment as the guidance, in accordance with the "market demand" principle, to build the core of numerical control technology specialty in higher vocational colleges teaching module; to cultivate key ability for the purpose, in accordance with the "learning by doing, learning with doing" teaching mode, the implementation of activity curriculum; to cultivate the comprehensive ability as the goal, in accordance with the principles of curriculum theory of social transformation, perfect teaching system and content, promote educational reform, improve teaching quality.
