摘要
欧盟为应对金融危机后社会经济状况以及促进《欧盟2020战略》,于2010年6月出台《欧盟职业教育和培训的新措施》,提出五大目标和一系列具体措施来加强成员国在职业教育和培训领域的合作,对职教和培训的双重价值有深刻认识,突出了对社会不利和弱势群体的关怀。同时,文件中提出的新举措并没有超出欧盟以往职教政策关注的范围,其实施效果还有待进一步关注。
To face with the social and economic situation after recent financial crisis and to promote the ＂EU Strategy 2020＂, the New Measures for European Vocational Education and Training was issued in June 2010 by European Union. The document introduced five targets and a series of specific measures to strengthen cooperation of vocational education and training in EU, which manifest profound understanding of the double value of the vocational education and training and gave special care to the disadvantaged and vulnerable groups. However, the new measures put forward in the document have not went out of the concern range of vocational education and training policies ever before, and its implementation effects needs to be waited and seen.
