摘要
欧盟教育计划是欧盟在全盟层面上推进教育一体化发展的基本组织实施模式。随着欧盟政治、经济和文化一体化发展的不断深化,欧盟在普通教育和职业教育方面创设和推行的教育计划也经历了日趋成熟的三个发展阶段。欧盟委员会、欧盟理事会等机构共同确定教育计划的发展方向和标准,各成员国设立国家计划代理署具体组织协调欧盟教育计划在本国的实施。欧盟机构与成员国组织遵从辅助性原则,分工明确,各司其职,共同有力地保障教育计划的落实。
EU educational programme is a general implemental method of promoting educational integration in EU level. With the deepening integration development of polity,economy and culture, EU educational programme has gone through three stages. The institutions of EU ,such as European commission ,the council of EU and so on, have together decided the orientation and criterion of educational programmes,and have established Socrates and Leonardo Da Vinci in education and vocational education. The Member States set up national agencies to implement the educational programmes. Following the principle of subsidiary and having specific responsibility,EU institutions and Member States together effectively ensure the fulfiUment of educational programmes. It makes references for us on the construction of educational institutions' integration and implemental method.
