摘要 在电力系统黑启动恢复中,合理的网络重构策略对于快速建立输电网架、全面恢复负荷具有重要意义。提出了一种基于节点恢复可靠性的骨架网络重构方法。该方法采用节点恢复可靠性作为确定节点恢复序列的评价标准。在待恢复线路可能存在故障的前提下优先恢复待恢复节点中可靠性最高的节点,从而在顾及待恢复节点紧迫性的前提下提高系统恢复的成功率。算例表明,该方法给出的重构方案能够有效应对系统中存在故障线路而导致恢复被迫终止的问题,保证系统大停电后的顺利恢复。 In black start restoration of power systems, reasonable network reconfiguration is helpful to establishing the skeleton network and restoring loads quickly. A network reconfiguration optimization method is proposed by taking the reliability of node restoration as the criterion to determine the restoration sequence of nodes. Considering the possible potential faults on the lines to be restored, the node with the highest restoration reliability is restored, so that the suc- cess possibility of system restoration is increased, with the restoration pressingness of nodes in consideration. Applica- tion examples show that the proposed method could possibly relieve the risk that the restoration process is interrupted by the potential line faults, and improve the success possibility of the black-start restoration.
