摘要
为了增强系统大停电后网架重构恢复方案的实用性,提出了分过程恢复的网架重构策略,将网架重构阶段划分为多个过程,每个过程备选方案的生成综合考虑了机组、线路和负荷的协调恢复,同时建立了考虑后续过程恢复效果的评估指标体系,利用多属性评估方法对备选方案进行评估排序。参照IEEE39节点系统的算例,以此对所提出策略的实用性和有效性加以验证。
In order to improve the practicability of the restoration scheme after blackout,a new method for network reconfiguration was proposed,the whole network restoration process was divided into many small sub-processes,each sub-process considers the coordination of unit,line and load recovery,at the same time,a evaluation model is established,evaluate alternatives using multi-attribute assessment methods.The multiple attribute evaluation method is used to evaluate the alternative schemes.IEEE 39-bus system is used as an example to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method.
