摘要
概述计算机视觉技术的原理及优势,综述了计算机视觉技术在水果分级、禽蛋检测、微生物含量测定等食品工业中的应用研究进展,提出了目前存在的主要问题,展望了今后研究与应用的发展方向。
This article summarized the principle and advantage of computer vision technology. The application research progress of computer vision technology in fruit grading, detecting eggs and microbiological assay on food industry has been discussed. This article puts forward the main problems at present, and looked forward the develop- ment direction of the future research and application.
