一株乳酸乳球菌对高胆固醇血症小鼠血脂轮廓的改善作用 被引量:3

摘要 探讨了乳酸乳球菌乳亚种HUCM 201对高胆固醇血症模型小鼠血脂轮廓的影响。小鼠依据体重随机分成3组:基础组(基础饲料+水)、高脂组(高脂饲料+水)和乳球菌组(高脂饲料+HUCM 201),连续灌胃4周。同高脂组相比,乳球菌组能显著降低小鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平(P<0.05),对血清总甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)无影响(P>0.05),动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)降低极显著(P<0.01),抗动脉粥样硬化指数(AAI)极显著升高(P<0.01)。乳酸乳球菌乳亚种HUCM 201可作为预防或辅助治疗高胆固醇血症的候选菌株。 In this paper, it was evaluated that effects of Lactococcus lactis subsp, lactis HUCM 201 on lipid pro- files in hypercholesterolemia mice. Mice were randomly divided into three groups based on body weight: the basal diet group (a basal diet plus sterile distilled water), high-cholesterol diet group (a high-cholesterol diet plus ster- ile distilled water), and Lactococcus diet group (a high-cholesterol diet plus HUCM 201). All mice were fasted for 4 weeks. Compared with the high-cholesterol diet group, serum total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein choles- terol levels in mice were significantly reduced (P〈0.05), and serum total triglyceride and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were not obvious (P〉0.05) in the Lactococcus diet group. Furthermore, the atherogenic indexes and antiatherogenic indexes were significantly lower and higher (P〈0.01), respectively. These results suggest that Lactococcus lactis subsp, lactis HUCM 201 strain may he promising candidates for use as a dietary adjunct to the management of hypercholesterolemia.
