摘要
高职院校培养的人才除应具备专业基础理论知识和专门的技能外,还应具备以人文素质为支撑的其他因素。什么是人文素养应该是现在高职大学生必须思考的内容,然而现在高职大学生的人文素养普遍缺乏。"先成人,然后才能成才",只有通过四个基本要素来提高大学生的人文素养,而只有提高了人文素养的毕业生才能成为一名合格的"人才"、一个"和谐"的人。
Not only do vocational college students master professional theory knowledge and professional skill , but also they should possess other factors in humanistic quality .Vocational college students must think about the question what humanistic quality is .However ,vocational college students are lack of humanistic quality now .It is said that the precondition of being a talent is to develop your personality first .Vocational college students must improve their humanistic quality by the four points so that they will be a talent and harmony finally .
